I don't know if scares is the right word for what I feel when I listen to it, but it will serve. From when I first heard it as a young lad on WDGY (I think) til now, some 45 or more years later, it still has the same effect. Of course, I burned the song onto a mix CD, so I can re-live the feeling, lol.
