A good page from the Storm Prediction Center (those whom issue Watches for Tornadoes and SVR Thunderstorms)--- *** warnings are always broadcast and issued from your local NWS ***

about possible TS development. They are very good at what they do and any trend you see is a sign. Usually updated 3-4 times a day, 1-2 times out at least 12 hours. Anything "Blue" is good/very good sign of TS development. Anything "Red" is very good to excellent development" Tan is just CYA.

The site changes per the 4-6 hours, so no need for exacts. But good for planning.
