S.MN hasn't had much svr weather - but this WED looks ripe for it to occur. Rainfall looks to be widespread 1"+, but sadly it will likely come with a cost of svr weather. All forms quite possible- tornadoes look to be more prevalent down near the IA border as of this writing.
