Back loaded winters have become the norm the last few years.

It's good to see that California will be getting more mountain snow and lower elevation rain. Fill up those reservoirs!!!

Obviously don't want a repeat of damage and loss of life that came with the last precipitation event.

little tidbit that I will share here and not on main page ( as I would get blasted)---
but late ice out looks more likely than what most think based on the mild winter so far.
March looks like top 10 coldest for most climate locations in N.MN.

Don't blame the sender....

will share some data to back my idea soon... Early May trips?? Be careful is all I will say now. This winter has always been "back loaded" from progs back in the Fall, ( other than that one severe stretch just before X/mas) The mild weather has just delayed the onset of a colder period.

Mainly for areas N of 45 latitude
Extreme amounts of snow are possible - that all I will say for now.
