I have tried multiple brands and or combinations of wool or wool/blend socks to try and find that perfect pair. The Smartwool has come as close as any thus far. Yes the price point can be high but watch for the sales and even without a sale I feel they are worth the price. They seem to wear very well and are comfortable onthe foot. Their liner sock has become my daily wear socks and their hikers fit the bill when the temps drop or I am wet footing on the trail.

I own probably close to 8 pairs of smartwool socks. I love them and wear them daily. They are especially comfortable while hiking. they breathe nicely and dry out quickly if you happen to get your feet wet. I highly recommend them.
