To be eligible to win you must enter a quality campsite or portage rating with a picture in our online maps from now through the end of the month. We will randomly draw a winner from those that enter. The more you do the greater the chance you have to win. You do need to be registered as a member to create a campsite or portage review.

Great idea and even better that it might update many sights, portages, ect. I wish I would have known last summer as I didnt take many pics, but if you "think" this might be a continuing for 2023, that would be good to know!

Looks like only one. I just uploaded a few from our trip last year. I'd love to be able to add multiple pictures or even videos. On this last trip, we took a video of each campsite on the lake we ended up on.

You can add more photos but, the only way that I've found to do it is by adding/making a new "comment." Obviously there's no need to actually comment any further but, it is a way to add more photos to a given campsite or portage.
As a side note: this would be an area for possible future improvements.
...also, does each comment & photo submitted during this time frame give additional opportunities (name in the hat) to win the drawing?

Yes, each comment and photo submitted during the drawing will increase the number of times your name in the hat.

Campsite 1488 rating on Lake One
Thank you to everyone who took the time to create campsite and portage comments! Overall we had close to 300 new ratings added from 84 members.

Just curious what the numbers show for this effort. Did you see a good increase in evaluations, and was there an increase in sites with at least one evaluation?
