Camp Notes:
Large open site. South Facing. Minimal shade. We stayed there in Oct. so lack of shade was not a problem. Hot summer days could be brutal. Gobs of firewood because of the fire damage close by. Surprising amount of traffic for Oct.

High traffic area but nice site, lots of room. Our pal Baphomet stopped by to haunt the place for a bit, but he's likely gone by now.

Beautiful area but with multiple-times-a-day traffic. A few options for hanging a good bag. BEAUTIFUL sunsets from the west side of camp. Perfect for a trip with mostly first-timers.

Decent landing. Fire grate is mostly exposed. Several nice tent pads. It's a very nice spot but, there are lots of other campsites nearby and being at the bottleneck area - there will almost certainly be very little privacy in this camp. Trails for exploration.

Camp Notes:
Roomy site with several good tent pads. Firegrate elevated above the lake. Site is on a point with good daily breezes to help fight mosquitoes. The latrine must have been moved since earlier post, no longer can view Lake 2. Will see paddlers passing by. Rocky shoreline so landing here can be difficult, best to use south shoreline just as you come around the point, campfire grate will be to your left and east of you, can easily parellel the shoreline and step out to the shore.

Great big campsite with tons of space for tents. Good tree cover for shade and hammock locations. Latrine overlooks Lake 2.

Great campsite way back then!! Fishing used to be great here in the current caused by the bottleneck between lake 2 & 3. Walleye and Pike.

This campsite was awesome for a larger group. There are several places for tents. I think we put up 6 when we were there. It is just such a nice big open area and there are a lot of different options on where you can go from this site.
