Had a Hinman pad of theirs start bubbling. They replaced it with their newer version no charge.

Lots of good things to say about BA and personnel. From supplying parts for a used tent to a 40% off to a one time purchase coupon for a long gear discussion with a manager.

Repaired rain fly arrived today. My tent is whole again!

I busted my Copper Spur UL3 in the Sep BWCA trip. A rain-fly guy was ripped off.

Sent it to BA for repair.

They fixed it for free and are shipping it back at no charge!

Wow.

I love their tents. I have the UL3, UL2, and just purchased the UL1 HV.

I am a good customer and they are a good supplier!

I've had similar experiences with our Flying Diamond 8 and some of their sleep pads. The folks at Big Agnes have been extremely helpful and have repaired each and every thing for free.
I love their products and really love their customer service!
