Oh yea and I've had the best results as everyone has with blanching first
I've also cooked extra and dried the left overs
I love using this stuff in everything from soups to stews and its awesome added to corn cakes

You should blanch something like that first. I've never tried it alone, but I have dehydrated frozen mixed vegetables with good results.

With good local sweet corn available, the time is ripe !


Yes Blanching is the way we've done it in the past !
