I have cooked fresh eggs using the freezer bag method, and had great success with it. I'm planning on taking powdered eggs instead next week, and plan on cooking using a freezer bag. Do they turn out the same?

Ova Easy is a definite hit for our trips. So easy to pack and prepare. Add some grated cheese and they're even more yummy scrambled! I take blocks of cheese wrapped in vinegar-soaked cheesecloth (a Kevin Callan recommendation) and the cheeses last the whole week without getting slimy.

I've never tried to cook them the FBC way but have done them in a fry pan. Try them at home that way and see if it works.

I have no idea about the bag cooking method, but I would recommend getting OvaEasy eggs and cook then just like you would with a fresh egg. They're great and no one would know the difference if you didn't tell them.
