That sounds yummy! I never thought I liked salmon until many years ago when a friend grilled some for me. Little messier and more prep time, but it’s a fantastic marinade.

- Honey, enough to cover the bottom of a baking dish/pan
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp grated garlic
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger root
- 2-3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
- Crushed red pepper (optional, put in as much as you’d like)

Mix all ingredients together as well as possible. Add salmon, flip to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours, I let it sit overnight. Put fish directly on the grill skin side down, when about 60% cooked flip so skin sticks to the grill. Drizzle marinade on each side as you flip. Cook until done (8-10 minutes).

That sounds good, 2K10! Like Thai peanut sauce without the coconut milk.

Sounds good! I like salmon. I've done Dijon and maple syrup, which wouldn't be much different.

The first time I saw the recipe calling for dijon and sugar I thought, NASTY! But, I was wrong!! Will try it with maple syrup the next time.

Got a new gas grill a couple weeks back. Never used gas before, but man is it easy! Today I had cedar planked salmon. Topped the salmon with some salt, pepper, dijon mustard and brown sugar. It was outstanding!

Yup, that's pretty much what it tastes like - delish!
