It is. It's very tasty and it's not too complicated or time consuming. And it's heart healthy :).

Well, fish is heart healthy, so tonight I cooked fish.

Sprinkle cod with crushed black peppercorns and fennel seeds. Sauté leeks, scallions, and garlic in ovenproof pan, add a little white wine, place fillets on top and transfer to 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
