Reports/stories like this bring us back to the mentality that it can be just as fun and rewarding as it is daunting. Thanks for sharing - both this report and the wilderness with Aurora." You are welcome. I believe it is good to be scared thinking about it...Over confidence can be a bad thing. I can say that the decision to start taking her in at 8 weeks has been very rewarding in watching her thrive in the wild today and I look forward to our future life journeys. |

The time goes by soooooo fast. I savor all her past trips and I am very thankful that we chose to immerse her in canoe camping. |

I am impressed with the way you are testing yourself and learning and putting in the work to make sure both of you are familiar with your gear and canoe. I see nothing but more success coming your way due to your building knowledge and skills. Keep enjoying it and I will keep looking forward to hearing about your journey through your trip reports." Thank you, we both have much experience with BWCA camping, just none with women power alone. God willing Aurora and I will have many, many more reports. |

Awesome pics too BTW." Thank you and I agree with you in that it was really cool to see. I may be a little biased but IMO she rocked it. |
