Sorry Mountaineer, but the best fishing holes are found on your own.
I'll say this, though. It's more about HOW you fish a lake vs. which lake you're fishing. Learn how to fish with a jig and learn how to fish reefs, points and weedlines and you'll be successful on nearly any lake in the BW or Q.

I agree - the fight factor is as important as whatever roots certain fish have. I really enjoy a smallmouth, or a largemouth, and the 38" pike I caught last summer was a real thrill for me. Maybe I need to "live" near these walleye to enjoy them more! Oh yes, I do enjoy eating all of them.

Lake Agnes has all three in it.
I love the fight of a Smallie, the hunt odf a fighter northern, and the tender juicy flakes of a walleye. I have found the best fighters are also the best tasting!
Happy Fishing! Is it May 23 yet???
