Was at disappointment lake June 3-7. Fishing was pretty good. Are group caught about 20 fish. Mainly all bass small and large mouth, a few pike. Fish along the shore line with shallow runner rapplas, hulla poppers. My rappla was about 3" long black top, gold bottom. We just worked up and down the shore line looking for bays, downed trees and weeds. The bass would hardly hit, felt like you had a snag until you start to pull then they would take off. Did not try for walleye. They must be in deep water. Top water lures was the key.
