My wife has several bird feeders. Sometimes there are tons of birds feeding and other times nothing. Does anyone think that the fish are biting when there is a lot of activity at her bird feeders?

I think the fish are biting when I'm watching my bird feeders.

Ditto here with the feeders. Interesting thought. Course, I've seen our's be active one minute and empty the next. Cooper's hawk uses our feeders as a smorgasbord

My mother has a Koi pond and when the koi come out from hiding under the little bridge, time to go fishing, the fish are biting.

I know the fish won't be biting for sure, if I'm sitting at home watching the feeders.

That might be connected to Solunar tables major feeding times.

Personally, I don't know if the Solunar tables are actually valid. Every time that I have been fishing just prior to the listed Major Feeding Times, I have suddenly become so ravenously hungry that I have had to stop fishing and run off and get something to eat.
