Don't know if THESE have been discussed here before, but it looks pretty cool. Wear the display like a wrist watch and the wireless sensor sends depth and water temp to the display. You could also mount the display on a thwart. Sure would cut down on weight.

Anyone ever used one of these?

There was a review in the BW Journal a while back - the article's author rigged it so the transducer was hull mounted and the 'wristwatch' display was mounted on a thwart I believe.

I too would be curious if others have tried this rig.

i have had no luck with this product.not very reliable.i purchased 2 different ones wrist watch & pole mount both lost signal for transducer all the time.

I have used this the first year I was in the BWCA. It is not very accurate but gives you some idea of the depth.
