Day Trips Using Tiger Bay as Base

Any day trip suggestions for fishing while using Tiger or Boulder Bay as base camp? I am going immediately after Labor Day and any species of fish is ok.

Below Curtain Falls on Iron, Toe Lake at the "toe" of Lady Boot Bay, Agnes, Boulder River. I'd suggest Oyster that time of year for lake trout, but it's a bit too far for a day trip.

I second the trip to Iron. We did that 2 years ago and had good success with smallmouth in the lake just before Iron (i think it's bottle) and caught a couple of walleyes in Iron. Just be careful not to fish in Canada if you don't have your license.

Also, we exited through the boulder river on that trip and had success with walleyes. maybe that would be another day trip for you.

A couple of great campsites in Tiger Bay. Have fun.
