Has anyone used Berkley Minnow Grubs in the BWCA with success?

When I want to use a plastic jig, I normally tie on a yellow 3 inch Mister Twister or a 3 inch Power Bait Grub. I noticed that Berkley now has a Gulp! twister tail called a Minnow Grub. Has anybody used these with success? How did you fish them, and what did you catch?
