My brother and I are planning a snowshoeing trek this winter and am thinking of doing some ice fishing. Any tips or tricks on what works best and for what? We will be in the Cherokee/Sawbill lake area.

try dead smelt on a tip up for pike.
you dont have to wory about them dying, and they are light to carry.

jigging rapala. minnow head attached. make sure your reel has a good drag.
