DISCLAIMER: DO NOT READ FURTHUR IF YOU SHARE TGO's DISGUST FOR CRANKBAITS!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
So, with the temps low and soft water a little ways off, I decided to put together a tackle storage & staging solution in my basement. Basically I used some scrap wood I had on hand and strung ball chain (think dog tag chain) to hang my crankbaits. This way I have a quick visual of everything I have and can sort by depth, color, etc.
It's my happy place.
Anyone else have any cool storage ideas or setups?

A thing of beauty there, why not in the living room :)
I do something similar with my Muskie lures but a little less refined.
If only the rest of my life was as organized as my fishing gear.

Happy place????
Being in close proximity of those crankbaits is the closest you can ever get to Hell, next to listening to polkas, that is!! :)

My take on your collection is;;; ? no Jitterbugs [I thought everyone carried a jitterbug in their tackle boxes. I see GTO firmly put you in your place, snicker snicker. My personal take on cranks is Save a leech, use a crankbait. You don't take ALL of those lures on every trip do you? FRED
Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked, the good fourtune to remember the ones do, and the eyesight to tell the differance.
