That was the Northern Highlands American Legion State Forest in WI.
A decent chain of lakes with campsites along the lakes chain. It's where I go between real trips.

There are captions below each picture.
My dough was some bisquick, flour, a pinch of baking soda and a heaping Tbs of dry milk. I never really measure it out. I just carefully and slowly add water to make a thick pliable dough.
The veggies (potatoes, which help thicken, peas, corn etc.)were dehydrated in a ziplock with some powdered chicken stock. I add water and let hydrate a few hours before cooking.
The chicken was from a pouch and added right before cooking.
50/50 heat ratio top and bottom, but I did it gently. It took 40 minutes.
it IS as good as it looks. Enjoy.

2/3 bisquick to 1/3 flour is what I use. I found the powdered chicken stock (powdered boullion) in the local grocery store. I knew that brand and it wasn't as salty as the traditional cubes. I add about a Tbs of the powder to the bag of dehydrated veggies.
Every pot pie I've made comes out looking like that one. I thought it was just time that I took pics. As long as you go slow and easy cooking it, it comes out good. 40 minutes is really not a long time to cook something on na layover day or even a regular one night evening at camp.
