My wife turned me onto cooking fish in "Grape Seed" oil. Benefits are many, better for you than vegi or olive, butter, if yo are doing that. Best of all it doesn't "fry out" or evaporate, so quickly like the others. It fries your fish but stays in the pan. Try it at home let me know what you think. Ya it is a little more expensive. It comes in a can with a good lid. I suppose you could put it in anything.

ive been using grape seed oil for a while now, and agree that it is better than olive oil. however, i have never taken any type of oil to the BW. i just take butter and margarine. no chance of spilling.

Most of your natural foods stores carry grape seed oil. Great for frying at high temps.

the oil has too stay in that type of can, otherwise any type of light will damage the oil and quicken rancidity.

I did not know that, thanks, are cans not prohibited in the BW though...so what a dilemma.

Use a metal fuel bottle.
