If I vacuum pack a few olives, will they last 4 days? Anyone know?

you can do all most anything to olives and they will last, as long as they stay in some of the brine.

We make Chicken Soft Shell Tacos once every trip and bring shredded cheese and a bag of chopped lettuce for toppings, along with some packets of taco sauce. It had never occurred to me to bring black olives. You just gave me an idea for next year!
