I wanted to order one or two of the Cache lake frying breads for my upcoming August trip. Trying to decide which ones. What's your favorite?

I like the onion flavor bread to be served with spaghetti. Don't forget to try the Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast. Izzy

The cinnamon and caramel are both great for breakfast!

What are the serving portions like? Would the breakfast one be enough for 3 people?

i consider their 4 person servings more like 3 person, with a main course. two if youre really hungry. only that for breakfast will not fill up three people.

I've never taken them on a canoe trip. However, I always seem to buy one or two at Canoecopia. Anything berry is good with me.

Sweet potato corn bread and pizza fry bread. We add pepperoni to the pizza bread for a dinner. For the corn bread, we put pulled pork on top of it. Makes for great dinners.

lori: That sounds good. I especially like the pizza idea. Mr. Trix & his son would love that as well as myself. I'm not big into pork but it does sound like a great idea. There are way too many choices. I can't decide. I will just have to get a couple for this years trip & a couple for next years trip. It sounds like I will have to get at least a 4 serving quantity tho. Decisions. Decisions.

You could use pulled chicken too. We have tried that. Just try a few different ones. You wont be disappointed.

I ended up buying two of the pizza fry breads for a pizza & pasta night, the onion fry bread to go with our pack-it-gourmet tortilla soup & the cinnamon fry bread to go with our scrambled eggs & Spam for breakfast. (I will not be eating the spam, I can't stand the taste of the stuff, much less the smell. Yuk. It's for Bob & Evan who love the stuff. Go figure.)

Trix - the Spam tastes great after a few vodka/lemonades :)
