This was the greatest discovery over the campfire on our trip to Lake Insula Sep 9 - 14. Melt 1/2tbsp of butter in a non-stick skillet over the fire. Place a tortilla onto the melted butter and slide the tortilla around to spread the butter around. Let it sit in the skillet to "cook".. You will know when the tortilla is done when it will slide around on the skilet easily and the tortilla will "bubble up" a little.. The edges of the tortilla should be just a little brown. DON'T flip the tortilla...

Pull it off the skilet and with the butter side up, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered/cooked side... Roll the tortilla up and enjoy! Very tasty and a great way to use up extra tortilla's!

I might try them out on our next scouting trip. They sound great!

This is another example of:

"Remember, the fun never stops!"

They are good... we make them at home to finish off the extra tortillas in the package when we have tacos or burritos.....
