05/28/2017 05:00PM Alder, site 706. If wind kicks up go around the point to a quiet bay/ back entrance. Your group will enjoy this spot. |

05/27/2017 07:41PM Caribou, if you can find a spot-and all are pretty nice. About 3 hours from EP64. Great smallies, walleye and pike. Same with Little Caribou, but there is only one spot on that lake to camp. Crocodile is a great eater size walleye lake, and a buddy caught a 31" walleye just west of the narrows. The sites on Croc can also fill pretty early, and there is only one really decent site on the lake. The portage to Croc is on Eat Bearskin, maybe 45 minutes from the put in. |

05/27/2017 06:54PM Entering EP 64 East Bearskin on June 12th . I am looking for advice on best base camp sites that we can reach on first day on a good fishing lake with possibly good fishing from camp. Looking to spend 6-8 days in base camp. Thanks for any help you can give. |
