11/12/2017 06:07AM I've paddled the Niangua, and Jacks Fork, Current. All nice crystal clear Ozark streams. I enjoyed the Jacks Fork, Current trip better then the Niangua However. |

11/09/2017 02:10PM You might look into the Gasconade River in south central Missouri. It's a beautiful Ozark stream with caves and many springs right on the river. It has been called the most crooked river in the world. |

11/09/2017 12:57PM Google paddling in the Tennessee Valley Authority. Not sure how far you are from SW Utah but I've heard great stories about paddling the Green River. TVA Paddling |

11/08/2017 07:32PM Plus 1 for the Current in Mo. A great steady class 1 to a class 2 in some spots from Akers Ferry. Do not miss the put out near bridge if all you want is the 18 mile plus or minus to the bridge. |

11/08/2017 11:20AM I’m not sure if the Buffalo River in northern Arkansas is within your 7-hour time frame, but my uncle in Harrison AR likes it. Info. |

11/08/2017 10:03AM I am looking for canoe tripping/camping ideas to take our groups to in the Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri areas. Basically within 7 hours driving time. We love BWCA but it is a 17 hour drive for us and are looking for some top canoeing/camping ideas to the rest of the year. Any suggestions? |
