egknuti	07/15/2022 12:12PM There is no portage from Bog to the creek that drains into the Isabella so you’d have to do some bushwacking. I have paddled from Isabella River up Mitawin Creek for about a mile and at least that part was navigable. If you can get to the Isabella, getting to Quadga or Rice would be a piece of cake. As far as bugs, last Sunday I was on the Isabella via Island River and the bugs were minimal. On Monday though, the mosquitoes were quite relentless on the portages and at the entry point.
