lindylair	01/22/2023 03:15PM Agree that Little Trout and Misquah have a reputation for Lake Trout but just so you know, the Little Trout to Misquah portage made the recent post around the worst bwca portages multiple times, including my own experience. The Morgan Lake portage, although longer, is much easier. Vista is a good walleye lake if you happen to be around there at the end of the day, and pretty darn good for smallies too. No LT. Gorgeous lake too. Nice 4.5 star campsite on the south shore if you are lucky enough to get it.

airmorse	01/21/2023 10:42AM Looking for pros and cons. I am more of a walleye and pike guy. However, I would love to get into some LT. Not afraid of long portages. And this will be a solo trip. Thanks in advance.
