07/17/2023 07:57PM I would go for the fishing, the only hunting season that would be open is rabbit season. Lots of trout lakes off the Gunflint side. Good luck and have fun. |

07/17/2023 03:40PM Howdy, I've done more then a handful of trips up to the BWCA. I've attacked from Ely and Grand Marais, but I've never done a Winter Boundary Waters trip. I am in the very early planning stages but thinking taking a trip February 1st through the 7th. Any and all help is appreciated but good camping sites with solid ice fishing or small game hunting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kevin |
