Freeleo1	07/24/2023 04:23PM Glad you had good fishing. Stormy weather seems to help with the fishing even if it causes a few "guess I'll just kiss my rump good bye" moments. We don't appreciate being able to get out of bad weather enough most of the time. That rocky part of the portage is pretty rough. There doesn't seem to be any level ground to place your feet in a good direction in between the little pointy rocks. Go for a longer trip sometime if possible. Boot, Gun and Gull are all neat lakes to visit and you can even get to Crooked pretty easily once you've made it to Fourtown.
