09/15/2010 09:37PM Bummer about the tent. I had something similar happen to me while camping in a Montana meadow (in 1984). Apparently I was in a low spot and had to get out in the night during a downpour and drag the tent to higher ground. Live and learn. Now, with your case, I would just switch to hammock camping when solo. No puddles there! Enjoyed your story, hope you get to go again. |

09/11/2010 09:59AM I like it so far. Just wondering if you use a back rest when paddling? I have lower back pain when paddling without one but being able to lean back on one sure helps me. Looking forward to the conclusion. |
