After a few good fires, the outside of the stove will naturally begin to rust. Go over it with a bit of steel wool, and a couple of light coats of heat risistant spray. Then fire it up to cure the paint. |

11/21/2012 07:49PM Setting up tent....... The short but fat gold poles (2) install on each side of the tent. You slide the short gold poles in thru the sleeves on the side of the tent. There is a gap in the center of the sleeve. You insert the pole through one of the "leather looking loop" that is on the end of the included ropes. Then shove the fat gold pole the rest of the way through the sleeve. The small black poles are then installed vertically into the grommet along the bottom of the tent that now lines up with the hole in the "leather looking loop". One end of the skinny black pole goes in the bottom grommet and the other end goes into the grommet in the "Leather looking loop." Stake out the rope and use the little plastic doohinkus to tighten the rope. The small diameter gold pole (1) is installed through the sleeve on the back of the tent and uses another of the leather looking loop with a rope attached. No vertical pole in the back. Hope that makes sense. |

11/21/2012 07:11PM if you paint your stove black with high temperature paint,, make sure to do another burn in the stove outside to cure the paint-- this will emit some smell.. doing it in a tent would not be fun.... looks like fun!!! |
