07/22/2016 02:32PM We made a trip through Beaverhouse in June. I'll probably be back there a day after Old Hoosier. We're driving up Sept 11 & are also spending the night at Indiaonta. Not yet 100% decided between Beaverhouse & Stanton Bay for entry the next morning... probably Beaverhouse. |

07/21/2016 01:11AM Steve - our group was there a couple years ago in early September. Didn't have great fishing, but water was surprisingly high that time. Check out Sue Falls if you'll be going that far on Cirrus with youngsters in tow. Consider the petroglyphs on Quetico Lake. Easy to get to and may be an educational opportunity for the young guns. Decent fishing in the various bays and Quetico mid-lake rock piles, especially for walleye. We also just finished a Beaverhouse to Nym trip (via Jean and Jesse) three weeks ago. I would say water levels were higher than I expected (especially with the Fathers Day storm). Water was surprisingly warm. Bugs were only a minor nuisance. Fishing was good on Quetico: walleye, bass and pike were well represented AdamX |

07/20/2016 11:16AM Steve, Am heading to BH in Sept, so would like a bit of report when you get back. Water levels were very unusual last year - some very high and some record low. Beavers had been very busy! Also - glad to see another TN resident who enjoys the Quetico. I live in Johnson City at far northeastern tip. Old Hoosier |

07/19/2016 03:52PM We are headed in this Sunday for a week in the Quetico/Cirrus area. Lots of youngsters along this year, so I see quite a bit of swimming and hammock time. Should be a great week. |
