Well it seems that a bum shoulder may keep me from doing the extended long expeditions that I routinely do every year in the canoe. I had a bushwacking trip planned with Magic Paddler that I was very looking forward to, and also a trip back to Poohbah, which is my Heaven on earth. Oh well.... that's life, WE HAVE ALL BEEN THROUGH WORSE THINGS,THATS FOR SURE!!!! My question to you is this. I am looking for a place in Northern Ontario where I can drive to with my boat, get away from the crowds, and has great walleye fishing. I really want to camp, no cabin for me. Don't mind boating miles to get away from the crowd. I've did voyagers, and it was nice, but I would like to go farther north this year. Does my shangrala exist anywhere???? Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks

Northern Ontario

check out this site with many suggestions.
if you think you'd rather not tow your boat and woudn't be opposed to roughing it in an outpost cabin, try this place: Kashibowie Outposts Great people, very funny.
