Actually fairly common now day in Wis. I see multiple reports of sows with 4 cubs a
year Had a sow on my property that had 4 cubs that all survived to two years old. Then the next year she had 3 cubs and they all survived the first year also.

Game cam pictures of them multiple times through out the years.

Same in my area of wis lots of bears

First week of Bow Season last year we saw a sow and three cubs here in Arkansas, which is unusual.
