Smallmouth, crappie, and sunfish

The only time I have seen anybody fish Meadows were some guys from Georgia, I think they were boy scouts and they were all happy catching little LMB. They can catch monster LMB in Georgia, not sure why they would want to come all the way to Quetico to fish for LMB when you have the other 4 major species to fish for up there. Probably not many lake trout, pike or walleye in Georgia. I would assume there are some decent smallmouth down there.

Me and WTOOLE24 went in together and that is all we caught, but wondered if anything else was in there. We base camped on Sunday Lake and caught some nice lakers from 27-30 inch but Smallies were slow and didnt catch many.

Sorry about that - all we caught on Meadows was LMB (south end, all around the island)

Went through there mid June of 2014 and only caught small to medium size LMB. It was fun to hook into 10 or so then move on though!
