Just returned on Monday from a trip. Group of six. We are campers/canoeists who fish not the other way around.
Fishing was OK for us. trolled IMA for lake trout with some success.
Hatchet provided walleye for dinner (super windy day) leeches on jigs.
Kiana , as many of 26-30 pike on perch Rapalas as you wanted.
Raven, gorgeous lake, caught two Lakers casting small cleos.
Every single lake trout throughout the trip was returned successfully for future angling enjoyment.
Thomas, walleyes on bobber with leech from shore (super windy for enjoyable canoe fishing).
We fished every possible moving water on the way to Thomas and back without any success. Completed grand slam on Disappointment with a small, small, smallies.



Overall fantastic trip.
Topped with northern lights and complete double rainbow after storm.
BWCA never disappointing.
