Not specifically calling out the OP, but long term storage has caused problems with PowerMax canisters. Ozone degradation of the rubber valve seals, causing leakage, has been found by other users. A personal inspection and weighing of individual canisters is prudent. Even so the condition of the valves is likely very suspect. They have been stored for almost a decade.
