Headed to basswood lake the last week of august. We will be camping on the north side of US point and will be targeting small iws , eyes and northern s but would like to try to catch some crappie or perch to eat. Any reports, suggestions or advice? I have been to the BWCA several times but it's been a few years. Thanks in advance.
