Does anyone have any knowledge about whether or not there is a commercial cisco fisherman taking over this year or are we destined to have another cisco-free winter?

The commercial Cisco trappers have been stopped by the Feds, with no end in sight. Does not look good, but there may be some smaller Ciscoes available?
