I'm awfully minimalist when it come to PFDs, liking few smaller pockets.
Have you tried them on for fit and comfort, that is my primary criteria after meeting USCG specifications. I'll always go with more comfort.

I have the NRS Chinook, and while it is comfortable, I do not think the quality of it is all the great. After 2 seasons, 2 zippers are broken and the seams, in many places, are unravelling. I would not purchase another one.
