Trying to ID this canoe from a photo. It has three seats and a claimed length of 16'6". I'm unfamiliar with the tandem canoes Bell produced in the early 1990s. The registration sticker says 1992 but I think the interior label with hull ID may be long gone.

Any guesses as to whether this is kevlar or fiberglass? Any ideas on the model?

That is a Kevlar "Fusion" designed by Bob Brown.

Your boat looks to be re-railed with the newer style trim as well; that's a good thing, and for what it's worth, those foam flotation "tank" are better than one might think.
I've got an old North Bay Cruiser that I loaned out last spring and the couple swamped it. The one chunk of foam left(got the boat missing one) floated the boat,,, on end!
