Headed into entry point 37 for a short trip on Labor Day weekend. Would like to stay on Kawishiwi or Square to get the most out of our trip. Was wondering if anybody could give me some advice/tips and how the walleye fishing is and your favorite campsites!

We started and ended our trip there, didn't stop at any sites on those 2 lakes. Square is in the burn area so plan accordingly. Not sure how the sites were or weren't affected but check the maps section here and you'll find reviews on them.

Square is pretty much toast still, the fishing is still pretty good though. Kawish is still good to go as far as the fire, the walleye are still present there also.

Wantonwon lake just over the ridge from Kawish might give you exactly what you want.
