It is a indeed a Duluth Pack. Duluth Pack made the Monarch series for many years. I have the same vintage pack. I picked mine up at a garage sale in Duluth for $55 and I thought I got a good deal. So I'd say that's a pretty good price as long as it doesn't smell like moth balls.

My mistake then. I thought only the models with the round leather Duluth emblem were Duluth packs.
