Wednesday July 14: Partly Sunny. High of 69. Winds up to 10 Mph with gusts of 15 Mph. Heavy smoke in the area, slowly diminishing in the evening.

Thursday July 15: Mostly Sunny. High of 71. Heavy smoke in the area. Winds less than 10 Mph.

Friday July 16: Sunny. High of 73. Winds less than 10 Mph. Heavy smoke in the area, diminishing in the evening.

Saturday July 17: Sunny. High of 77. Winds less than 10 Mph. Light smoke in the area.

Sunday July 18: Sunny. High of 83. Winds up to 10 Mph with gusts of 15 Mph. Light smoke in the area.

When camping in the boundary waters, remember to stay hydrated, especially when it is hot. Heat related illness will be an issue this weekend with the warmer temperatures.

The USFS has issued a campfire ban for the whole BWCA. If you plan to camp in the BWCA, plan to bring a safe camp stove to cook with. Stay safe!
