Well, the fishing wasn't great as our trip landed right in the middle of a cold front, but we certainly did enjoy ourselves last year exploring wild ice for our first winter camping trip of the year.

We took a quick trip to take advantage of the favorable travel conditions to one of my favorite BWCA lakes in early December.
