Hey Mike,

Ducks won with his second guess, Caribou. Both the first and second pics are of site 642. The last photo is from the landing of portage 431 and you can see site 645 across the way.

By the way, the photos were taken in May of 2022 and I think you, Ducks, and I were all in that area during the same time. Hope you have some good trips planned for next season!

This is actually from Caribou. My first guess of Wood was incorrect. I got it right after a couple more photos.

Also, yes I did meet both of you then. Yetijedi at Rockwood and Mike on Horseshoe. It was a great time for the flying moose.

As soon as I zoomed in on that last photo and saw the campsite I knew exactly where it was. That poor site has taken a beating since the first time I stayed there with big duckling on her first trip 13 years ago. Also knowing you were there in May of 2022 solidified it. The big tent in your photo is right where the fire grate used to be.
