For some reason I thought the same thing. Reminds me of a bay near a campsite I stayed at on Thomas.

Oof, not easy to get a canoe back there then! But it looks like a wonderful view. Might have to check out EP74 for a long weekend Becoosin-Benezie loop this year :)

Theoretically it would be possible to portage from Parent via the Snowbank Lake trail. Otherwise via Delta lake and the Drag Lake PMA seems like the only other feasible option.

I visited during a backpacking trip on the Snowbank/Disappointment/Old Pines trails.

Treebear actually brought a canoe back there a few years back. I don't remember what trail he uses but thought he just started at the trailhead near Snowbank.

I've been meaning to do that, and exit down the Drumstick Creek into Delta...etc...
